Today’s post will be short and sweet. I just wanted to discuss my definition of beauty and what it means to me. Beauty is adoring yourself and caring who you are. Every lady has their own insecurities, and I understand I have a whole lot of these! For many years, the media has portrayed a certain kind of beauty.

This has put a great deal of pressure on women to live up to a particular image of what’s beautiful. It has definitely had more of an impact on younger young ladies. What you need to realize is that being beautiful is so much more than your outward appearance. To be beautiful is to be yourself. You don’t have to be accepted by others to learn that you are beautiful – you will need to simply accept yourself. Beauty comes in all shapes, sizes, and colors. There is absolutely no checklist in this global world that defines what it means to be beautiful. That means you have the independence to be and whoever you want to be whatever! Always keep in mind to stay true to yourself and do what makes you happy always!

Taking spirulina to fulfil the proteins requirements, aside from managing acne and pimples, adds a glow to the skin. Apply the paste on the facial skin evenly departing the eye. Leave the paste to dried out on your skin for approximately 15 – 30 minutes. Then rinse well with clean drinking water and dab with clean cloth to dry your skin. Immediately apply several drops of virgin olive oil to secure the moisture. Take 1/4 glass of starch, half teaspoon of honey, two teaspoons of spirulina powder, 1/4 teaspoon of lemon juice and a few drops of essential oil. Add blend and drinking water well to get a smooth paste.

Apply this spirulina paste on the cosmetic skin evenly and leave it for approximately 10 – 15 minutes. Then rinse well with water, dab face dry and apply several drops of olive oil to secure the moisture. In weekly Apply spirulina cosmetic epidermis mask once.
