At Fitness Flow I take a classic BASI Flow class, wed evenings from 7-8pm on. That is for complete beginners to intermediate level, with a high attention to detail and technique. It’s a fully functional class with a focus on building strength, stability, flexibility and joint mobilisation. As bloodstream flows through areas comprising visceral unwanted fat and onto the liver organ it contains higher levels of fat due to elevated insulin levels in those areas. The liver is then less able to function correctly and it too becomes fatty.
